As a Jr SAP Functional Consultant Logistics & Fulfillment (SD/WM), you will be a member of the Digital Supply Chain team, part of HEMA Digital. The atmosphere? Every day is different, but picking up change requests and helping your business partners handle their operational matters are part of the Functional Consultant’s role in any case. Together with product owners, business analysts, solution architects and other colleagues from the supply chain and IT organisation, you will work together on HEMA’s digital transformation. It’s a role with impact, because if you fulfil this ambition, our colleagues in the shops, the distribution centres and the head office will be optimally facilitated to put the customer first. • You ensure smooth daily operation of all ongoing processes and programmes
• You’re happy when stakeholders are happy too; that means jointly keeping our operational (TOPdesk) tickets under control
• You like to delve into complex ‘puzzles’, but prefer to keep things simple yourself
• You are involved in the whole system improvement/incident process: working with the Product Owner to establish requirements and priorities, design, testing and go-live.
• You can convey complex material well to end users
• You identify bottlenecks and actively propose improvements
• You ensure good documentation and support/advise colleagues on this

• You have at least an HBO (higher professional education) degree (preferably in IT/supply chain)
• In this Jr consultant role, we are looking for someone with up to 3 years’ experience with SAP ECC (SD/WM); so starters with a strong affinity for SAP and IT are certainly also welcome
• You feel at home in a dynamic environment where driven teams work at a rapid pace
• Proven good listening skills and communication skills are crucial to achieve the final level
• You are technically inclined but always make an effort to put yourself in the end users’ shoes
• Excellent command of MS Office
